Designing step by step > Insert videos

In AquaSoft Vision and Stages you can insert videos and edit them.
To insert a video, select the Video object, which you can find in the Toolbox under the Objects tab. Drag the Video object from the Toolbox to the Timeline.
You will now be prompted to select one or more video files.

Inserting videos into the Timeline can also be done by simply dragging and dropping them from the File browser of the Toolbox or from the Windows File Explorer

After selecting your video, it can be viewed at Timeline. If you move the mouse pointer over the video, you can display a preview of the individual frames.

Under Extras / Program Settings / Timeline / Video Thumbnails you can find more settings for the number of preview images for videos and the preview under the mouse.

Technical information

AquaSoft Vision and Stages can play most common video formats. Depending on availability and Program settings, the graphics hardware is used to decode the videos efficiently.
